As strange as it may seem to us the moments of relaxation and meditation, we unconsciously operate them several times in our daily lives.

These are the moments when we unconsciously feel our breathing become faster or slower. Our breath connects us with everything around us with the outside world, creating a constant contact and exchange with our inner world.
The process of focusing and meditating when consciously functioning becomes a way of life, a continuous training that creates a purity (prana) absolute energy of the air we breathe.
Transforming all the centers of our body, shaping the way of thinking and perceiving, enhancing goodness, love, forgiveness.
