Relational The Art Therapy for Women

Relational the Art Therapy for Women is a treatment program that works in conjunction with Relational Psychotherapy, and the art of Narration - Writing, works to improve the ways in which women attach themselves to the important others in their lives.

The way it works is based on the spiral movement and helps the participating women to express themselves through writing which functions as a non-verbal method of communicating various emotions and behaviors, with the main goal of the therapeutic group process in learning interpersonal relationships, and social support.

The vast majority of the program is that it helps female members to form a safer emotional bond, strengthening a stronger relationship with themselves by leading them to healthier communication with the important others in her life.

Relational the Art Therapy for Women also creates a safe environment allowing you to feel safe while exploring your personal world, through the art of storytelling and writing, learning new information and ways to transform. The narrative begins with the here and now a recording his childhood there and then , and the relationship with caregivers, such as parents.

Relational the Art Therapy for Women examines key moves and moments that determine a better love relationship for women. The primary goal of the program is to expand and reorganize a woman's emotional interactions.

Relational the Art Therapy for Women, offers every woman the opportunity:

The program is based on a specific framework of group therapy and consists of four main areas which are Narration, Scripture, Focus, Relationship. And four basic rules. Also focusing on dealing with emotions and interactions within the group.

Recognition - De-escalation

This is the first rule that the female member of the group learns, to focus on identifying patterns of negative interaction that contribute to emotional conflict, on identifying negative thoughts related to attachment issues there and then in the here and now.

This rule is the most important as it helps women to better see how insecurities and fears damage their relationship. Recognize behaviors and old family patterns (which they may not even be aware of) by understanding how these functions contribute to conflicts in their relationships.

Women in the Relational the Art Therapy for Women program begin to see unwanted behaviors (such as withdrawal or angry behaviors) as "disconnection protests" through the treatment process. Women learn ways to de-escalate and correct themselves, enhancing their sense of belonging so that they are emotionally available, enhancing empathy and bonding with others.

Transformation

This rule works in group therapy by enhancing cohesion among the women in the group, they learn to share their feelings in a healthier way, storytelling and writing is about the group body, writing the group book.

This process reduces conflict between team members by creating a more secure emotional bond, focusing on accepting empathy and responding to the needs of other team members.

The women in the group learn to express deep stressful feelings from a place of vulnerability and understanding in the search to meet their needs.

Commitment

While the concept of commitment may seem obvious, it is important to recognize that this rule is the important point of transition from there and then to here and now. And it's important as it is to create an inner mental space of non-fear, they learn to express their feelings in a healthy way, "such as I feel anxiety, anger, frustration," or " happy, strong, that I deserve", greater clarity is given both for myself and for what others understand.

Stabilization - Consolidation

This is the final rule of the Relational the Art Therapy for Women program. During this final stage, each female member is called upon to work with new communication strategies and to practice new skills in her daily life when she interacts with the important others in her life.

New ways of connecting interactions are being established, replacing old, negative patterns, such as "withdrawal-attack" or "criticism-defense", with healthy ways of acceptance, understanding, empathy.

These four rules work as self-empowerment, their constant practice creates permanent change. The empowered relationship with the self, functions as a safe environment for healthy relationship and interaction with others.
